BRRA Assessments:

Common area maintenance, environmental stewardship fee, and bulk technology fee (internet).

Willowgreen HOA 

​Willowgreen Commons Association Assessments:

  1. Common area landscape maintenance: lawn care, tree trimming, mulch, plant replacement, exterior pest control, and irrigation checks/repairs

  2. Maintenance of amenities (pool, fire pit, grills)

  3. Unit utilities: water/sewer, irrigation water

 

Condominium Association Assessment:

  1. Reserves

  2. Building maintenance

  3. Building insurance (exterior).

  4. Landscape maintenance: lawn care, tree trimming, mulch, plant replacement, exterior pest control, and irrigation checks/repairs.

Total Amount Due Quarterly: 

Front Load Coach Homes: $2290

Side Load Coach Homes: $2170

Homeowner is responsible for their electric, natural gas, and condo insurance.

ASSESSMENTS TO APPEAR ON TAX BILL

Babcock Ranch Community ISD Capital Assessment: $1436.09 per year.

Babcock Ranch Community ISD Operations and Maintenance: $617.98 per year.

​

ISD Assessments are paid annually as part of the individual homeowner's tax bill and are not collected by any of the associations. Please refer to your tax bill for information regarding these assessments. The assessments are paid annually.
